Daniel has been a lifesaver in our office. Besides managing his normal job duties, he has increased my personal IT knowledge due to his consistent open line of communication and taking time to walk me through questions I have about projects he’s working on. Regardless of the technological issues, he’s never been flustered or showed any doubt that he could address the issue regardless of how big or small it may have been. As the single IT specialist on site a lot of responsibility fell on Daniel. Some issues were resolved right away, others may have required escalation to the main campus; yet he continued to manage the situation and provide a workaround until a permanent resolution was found. It has been a pleasure working with Daniel. Although he has moved on to a new position, I look forward to further developing our professional relationship and seeing what he will accomplish in the future.
