Substantiated Ministry and Board-related short- and long-term enrolment projections, developing $450 Million budget, requirements of teaching staff, and resource allocation. Oversaw preparation of business cases, which resulted in $55 Million in Ministry of Education capital grants for new school projects; coordinated consultant’s input. Introduced key policies: Pupil Accommodation Review, Property Disposition, Community Use of Schools, and Equity Policies., which facilitated future-focused initiatives, defined processes, and met government-mandated changes.
