Danielle was a breath of fresh air! She was willing to jump in to what ever project we had, to help us be successful. She's got a strong graphic design background, which helped her have a keen eye to the member engagement creative that we worked on. She was thorough in the review processes we had in place. And, she embraced the opportunity to learn and build our email marketing efforts using SalesForce Marketing Cloud. She attended some training classes, then took it upon herself to continue learning through outside avenues and successfully launched our email campaigns.
