My roles with ALF Insight and Shots magazine, the leading data/business tools for people working in the advertising and creative industries, were commercially oriented, strongly KPI assessed and focussed on driving brand development, customer acquisition & retention and maximising customer spend. I created and executed all budgets, forecasts and annual marketing plans and analysed existing and growth markets by developing detailed customer insights, using market maps, focus groups and surveys. I drove growth of marketable data with regular cleaning, data capture and list brokering. I produced high quality content marketing collateral and planned multi-platform engagement campaigns across email, online, print, events, video, social media, PPC and Direct Mail. I overhauled all marketing communications to align succinctly with the brand voice and to ensure all email formats are device optimised, modern and fully effective.
