      I started working as a Finance & Operations Coordinator to set up the structure of a new team under the General Manager NL. I was responsible for cash management, credit cards, leave registration, supported the headquarters on financial flows and supported the General Manager NL with HRM activities and assisited in making quarterly reports . Unfortunately, I was not able to finish my job here; by cutting costs it was decided to move all financial and administrative tasks back to the head office in Spain and thus a large part was my position was superfluous, leaving no room for me at the office in the Netherlands. During my last year at this company , I was also responsible for design and implementation of the new ERP system for the department Service Projects including data conversion and provide training to the users as being key user . In this role, I assessed the feasibility of the project within the margins available , made sure the necessary material was present , instructed Technicians, evaluated reports, costs, margins and reported to the Manager Projects.
