I started my teaching career at Sandbach high school and sixth form college sports college as an NQT. During my time there I s able to taken on a number of responsibilities and lead on many new initiatives brought through YST (youth sport trust). I took on the gifted and talented coordinator role and was able to produce some high profile work which I delivered at a number of conferences and led INSET on to share good practice. I started my teaching career at Sandbach high school and sixth form college sports college as an NQT.
