I have worked with Nikki on several occasions and I can say that she is one of the most well-rounded individuals I have ever worked with. Danielle, or "Nikki", is one of the brightest people I know. Having been her classmate multiple times back at the Ateneo de Manila University, I bear witness to her aura that lights up the room, with the personality and humor to back it up. Whenever we had group or class assignments, her stamina and resilience make her an asset for any project or event, as she automatically takes on a leadership role to direct and manage the group or class. She has a multitude of skills and competencies that always translate to success, some of which include organization, time management, and communication. Nikki knows how to manage her responsibilities, which I experienced firsthand when she headed the first ever TEDx event, being able to spread ideas worth spreading to more than 5,000 people. As a born leader, she has also influenced and coached many direct reports in developing to their potential. I vouch for the work etiquette and professionalism that Nikki shows. This is one of the main reasons I asked her to join Girls Got Game PH, a non-profit organization that empowers young underprivileged women through sports, where she became our Finance Director. Her strength in being able to generate funds through events, sponsorship, and donations has made our operations run smoothly and easily. I fully endorse her talent and exemplary performance in all her endeavors.
