      I am responsible for promoting independence and well-being with the residents of Gambrill Gardens. I provide conflict resolution, case management, crisis intervention, advocacy and family support. In addition, I assist residents in applying for Federal, State and Local benefits and insurance. I conduct annual assessments on each resident and comply with HUD regulations and requirements.
