During my time in ScrewFix Thornbury, Dani was one of the best prospects with a great work ethic and a joy to work with. Dani is always reliable and would be the first I'd go to if I had a problem with shifts. Dani's organisational skills are unmatched, even though she had commitments with studying she always found the time to help. She is ergonomically minded and will solve problems you never knew you had and be a role model in regards to best working practices. During the first lockdown I saw her full the potential come to life. I lost over half my staff in a short period of time but her composure never once buckled. Her attitude to difficult circumstances was inspiring, she'd constantly come up with effective solutions while considering health & safety of colleagues and customers. (Also managed to complete 3rd year exams along side working) Dani has a very bright future ahead of her. Anyone looking for a dedicated, hard working, innovative and future leader. Look no further.
