Recently due to some uncomfortable friction between myself and a co-worker Danielle, in her capacity as the HR Director at the San Francisco Zen Center stepped in to moderate a discussion between myself and my co-worker. Danielle did a wonderful job of directing a highly constructive dialogue between us which resolved our issues and got our relationship back on track. I can't say enough about how skilled Danielle is at conflict resolution.
