I serve customers everyday with their bank transactions. I make sure each customer has everything they need to keep their financial life in place, if not I have the opportunity to point them in the right direction to work with the rest of the team at the bank.

I worked my way up to becoming a GM. I started out as a delivery driver for a short time and then steadily became a Inshop. As an Inshop I worked every position from being on the line making sandwiches to taking orders over the phone, drive-thru and up front. I enjoyed working aside my team and making hungry customers happy. Soon after showing my skills to multi task I was promoted to PIC (Person in Charge). I then ran shifts when the GM and Assist. GM were not there. Then after a solid 3 years I was offered the GM position. I accepted. I went to Illinois to train for three weeks. I than came back with my certificate of completion and started in trying to run a entire store alone for my first time. I did everything; place orders, putting away truck, prepping in the AM, closing in the PM, Hiring, Firing, Training, going to other stores to offer my assistance in simply working a shift that was short or training in someone new, towered through audits by corporate and much much more.
