Danielle and I studied at university together at UNISG! It was amazing to have met this culinary talent and tasted her amazing vegan desserts and having to witness the kind of culinary innovation she brought about to these desserts. Danielle definitely has the right skills, expertise and outlook towards creating the right dessert which pleases even a non vegan! She is also a great PR person with some incredible ideas to push F&B brands! Whilst she is an amazing chef, I can definitely see her passion for healthy but delicious desserts!
