  • I carry out typical wait staff duties such as taking orders and arranging the bill. • I guide members on menu items according to their diet requirements and recommend dishes to meet their criteria. More recently, I have assisted with the nutrition and health programme bespoke to David Lloyds called 'Lose and Shape Up'. This course consists of 1 hour of a nutrition seminar followed by an hour of personal training. I help to deliver the nutrition seminar and coach the members on principles of healthy eating, diet requirements for weight loss and the role of nutrition within a healthy lifestyle.
