Built, executed, and monitored robust seasonal assortments (i.e. Advent, Holiday, Easter, Back to School), with over 95% sell-thru rates for each season, while growing significantly YOY. Developed monthly promotional cadences through negotiated brand-funded line drives and additional brand investments in co-op marketing to deliver enticing offers to consumers and worked collaboratively with key crossfunctional stakeholder to ensure that promotions were supported through all channels (email, social media, and on the website), and inventory levels were optimized. Successfully doubled sales targets for FY20 while growing margin at a higher rate and improving profitability.
