I first met Dannie in 1995 while playing the Racquetball circuit. We became instant pals, and although my competitive racquetball days are over, Danni and I have remained very close friends over the past 15 years. Danni has many professional and personal qualities that I've always admired. First, she never, never, never gives up. On or off the racquetball court, she is laser focused on achieving her goals. And, she is as compassionate as she is competitive. Dannie places a high value on loyalty, confidentiality, and integrity. I imagine that's why, along with a solid work ethic, she has been so successful in the human capital management and talent recruiting field. I have found Dannie to always be a person of her word, and have sought her guidance on numerous issues related to managing people in my position. Given Danielle's commitment to helping individuals succeed, I believe she would be an asset to any company that is serious about finding and retaining top talent.
