I was selected as one of six individuals from a pool of 110 candidates to serve as the dietitians’ assistant performing nutrition assessments, developing plans of care, and evaluating outcomes. I provided care in acute and long-term psychiatric and behavioral health facilities, an acute care hospital, outpatient cancer centers, and the DaVita dialysis center.
