Danielle is, by far, the most dedicated recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. During our very first conversation regarding employment with Real Equity Management, I felt incredibly comfortable with speaking with her, she was very responsive and was always punctual with all deadlines. Danielle has a strong understanding of the property management world and knows how to make an individual feel like a top priority. Upon traveling to Columbia, MO. for my final interview, all flights, my hotel and rental car were readily available with no issues whatsoever, and Danielle made herself available at any and all hours until I checked into my hotel. With this being the first time I had ever stepped foot on a plane, I am so glad I had Danielle there to help with anything I needed. After extending an offer, she was able to meet all of my needs, professionally negotiate terms of my employment, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. She made the process so easy for me. After I began my role as Property Manager at REM, Danielle has been incredibly responsive; she has never "forgotten" about any of my property's needs, and has always been able to have applicants eagerly awaiting to meet me for employment opportunities. She has been successful with having applicants for every position needed, including maintenance and groundskeepers! Danielle is a vital team player for her current employer, and would make an exceptional addition to any team.

During my job search I found a job posting that led me to working with Danielle for a position they were creating. She connected me with key staff members to better understand the company structure, introduce me to their culture and show me around. We discussed my needs and she negotiated an offer both myself and the company are pleased with. The company has continued to grow and expand, leading to new opportunities for career growth. Now, working with her as a hiring manager she asks the critical questions it takes to clearly define the position so we make the best hire. She knows what is a competitive salary for the position(s) that will help us attract the best talent to strengthen our team. She saves me a ton of time and energy sorting through applicants so I pick from a pool that I already know is qualified for the position. I see diversity between candidates, allowing me to select not only a candidate that checks all the boxes on paper, but also has the personality that will succeed on our team and in the position.

Noble Outfitters develops high-end riding apparel and equine supplies for the horse enthusiast, launching new products and styles every 6 months. As a Regional Sales Manager, I worked diligently to service 160+ accounts, in addition to cultivating business relationships with new accounts in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. In addition to monthly account visits, I organized and attended weekend events and led employee training sessions to educate both employees and customers on products leading to increased sales. As far as accomplishments go, I managed tight deadlines with a fairly new brand in an already saturated, highly competitive market.
