Danielle is, by far, the most dedicated recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. During our very first conversation regarding employment with Real Equity Management, I felt incredibly comfortable with speaking with her, she was very responsive and was always punctual with all deadlines. Danielle has a strong understanding of the property management world and knows how to make an individual feel like a top priority. Upon traveling to Columbia, MO. for my final interview, all flights, my hotel and rental car were readily available with no issues whatsoever, and Danielle made herself available at any and all hours until I checked into my hotel. With this being the first time I had ever stepped foot on a plane, I am so glad I had Danielle there to help with anything I needed. After extending an offer, she was able to meet all of my needs, professionally negotiate terms of my employment, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. She made the process so easy for me. After I began my role as Property Manager at REM, Danielle has been incredibly responsive; she has never "forgotten" about any of my property's needs, and has always been able to have applicants eagerly awaiting to meet me for employment opportunities.
