  As Business MI Analyst, I am responsible for designing, creating, developing, maintaining and running reports for clients and the management team to support the effective and productive delivery of services. I own and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR and Recruitment reporting for the business. I am responsible for driving the continuous improvement of reports in line with stakeholder requirements and best practice.
