During in-patient, I worked on the adolescent unit observing a case load of ten patients. In out-patient, I observed and helped manage a changing group of clients on the six week Balance track.   As a Social Work Intern, I work with single teenage mothers and fathers on developmental skills for themselves and their child while also gathering resources and further assistance in education for their day to day life. The parents and myself work together to continue their education, as well as, their child's by assisting in any resource needs. The Early Head Start Program has an extremely high graduation rate and an even high child learning ratio.
