I worked with Danielle for almost 3 years! During those years I had the opportunity to learn from her and understand her operational view! She was our Training Store Manager for our District! She is always going above and beyond when training new store managers! I worked with her on developing the new training system under the pandemic and I was impressed how Danielle took on our challenges and how quickly she could pivot when needed! I will highly recommend Danielle, who is a great leader and knows how to hire, coach, and develop her teams.

In my 40+ years in the industry I have worked with quite a few talented individuals and Danielle Anderson certainly would be included in that list. Besides having an extremely strong business acumen, Dani is an excellent developer of talent. During my time working with her, I constantly witnessed how effective Dani is in educating and supporting her direct reports while also holding them (as well as herself) accountable. In addition, Dani has outstanding communication skills throughout all functional areas. From direct reports, to supervisors, peers and corporate team mates, she takes pride in contributing to everyone's success. And I can't say how impressive Dani is in regards to her customer service skills and the environment she creates in her stores. There is a singular focus in insuring that every guest who visits a Dani lead store has a memorable experience. Any organization would be pleased to have someone of Dani's skill and commitment in their organization.
