This includes developing and working through pre-publication checklists to ensure contributions are consistent with the firm's content strategy, and working with content authors to bring contributions 'on strategy' where required • Optimising content ensuring the taxonomy/tagging is applied fully to all content, thereby ensuring it is 'surfaced' on all relevant areas of the site • Facilitating translation where necessary / appropriate • Supporting basic administration of the CMS (eg creating new folders consistent with the firm's information architecture) • Identification and escalation of site/CMS issues • Monitoring the website mailbox and ensure timely responses to all enquiries • Monitoring, reporting and resolution of issues which occur on the website • Ensuring content is actively managed to ensure its timeliness and relevance, liaising with colleagues where appropriate for updates or deleting/archiving if necessary • Creation, proof-reading and administration of the firm's weekly email newsletter. Process requests to be added to or taken off the mailing list • From time to time, supporting with upload and lawyer approval of Out-Law news stories, guides, analyses and legal updates. • Support the firm's PR team in maintaining the firm's presence across agreed social media channels. This includes the use of Photoshop to design assets such as LinkedIn banners, Twitter images, etc. Professional/Technical Skills • Digital skills including use of content management systems. • Experience of PhotoShop, Google Analytics, social media platforms. • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills • Proven ability to use own initiative and work without supervision • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy • Graphic design experience • Good IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
