I had the pleasure of being seated next to Danielle when I started at OutRank by Rogers. She constantly went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth on-boarding process and that I learned the tricks of the trade. Over the next year we were teammates and she always set a good example of what an ideal employee should do. For example she consistently over achieved her Quota but at the same time she always put her clients interests first. It was impressive to see someone as skilled in the art of selling as Danielle with such a client centric focus that I had never previously been exposed to. Shortly after Danielle was rightfully promoted to Marketing Coordinator where she took that client first mentality to a whole new level. It was now not only client first but brand first and this could been seen with the highly professional marketing campaigns she implemented. It was great working Trade Shows with Danielle and in turn on-boarding a number of new clients in a highly professional way always ensuring we had our client's best interests at heart. Danielle is a true professional and this could clearly be noticed by myself and her other colleagues not only in her sales position but also as the marketing coordinator.
