Daniella probably has several hundred people who will tell you how intelligent, skilled and professional she is. Count me among them, however, what impressed me most about Daniella during our time together in the UMD EMBA program was her EQ. She is one of the rare individuals I've met who truly excels at social awareness and relationship management. She genuinely cares about the success and well-being of everyone with whom she interacts. I've seen firsthand how she can seemingly instantly turn an otherwise contentious interpersonal interaction into a productive, collaborative one. She is one of my closest, most-valued confidants and would make a fantastic addition to any leadership team.
