  I became a committee member for CSRfm, the local radio station in Canterbury. My role as head of Outside Broadcast’s (OB) involved leading and organising OBs and live events as well as sourcing new opportunities for CSRfm. Whilst in this role I co-organised a live music event for CSRfm which had over 50 people in attendance, I was also lead stage manager for the CSR stage (GlastoStage) at the University of Kent Summer Ball 2018. This role has allowed me to increase my time management and organisation skills as well as learning how and when to delegate appropriately. Show less
