I am responsible for Accounts Payable and Receiveable for all Seven Estates under the Dawnays Estates Business umbrella.I manage and run the Grant Payment Schemes for The Danby Moors ESS and HLS accounts. Additionally, I administrate all necessary paperwork and figures needed for Property and Maintenance meetings and cost individual projects up and use spreadsheets to do all workings out and presentations of figures. I am Qualified to AAT Level 4 and I am now a member of the AAT which allows me to have the MAAT letters and I am currently looking to assisit my Degree with a Management Course and some extra learning on Payroll and Auto Enrollment.

I worked on a Fixed contract for the Skipton Building Society as a Cashier/ Customer Sales representative up until I found a relevant job to my Qualification in Accounts.I moved from Lloyds Tsb to the Skipton for a bigger opportunity to work in Customer Service as the job as a Cashier at Lloyds did not involve much opportunity to gain any extra Customer Sales Training. I did a few internal Training courses in Customer Service and Product sales whilst with Skipton Building society at their Head Office in Skipton, North Yorkshire and i feel this helped my confidence in dealing with Customers and I very much enjoyed my position there.I left there when a Job became available in the accounts department at The Dawnay Estates which i applied for as i felt it was more relevant to my degree and would help me gain a better career in Accountancy.
