Daniella was my line manager during my time at DAM Digital, and I honestly could not have asked for a better manager! DAM was my first industry job after University and Dani not only helped me adjust and understand what I needed to know about the work environment, she also gave me plenty of support for my personal development. From a professional point of view Dani is incredibly well organized and detail oriented. She also has an amazingly positive attitude and a willingness to learn and try new methods, which is needed to help a business evolve. I always felt like I could go to her with any problems and questions and she was quick to come up with solutions and take the stress out of most situations. She was also very adaptable to new situations and projects, and always managed to find a way to balance client needs and our own design ideas. Daniella was also a great mentor during my time at DAM, and I both directly and indirectly learned so much by seeing how she worked and lead the UX team. Even though she was our team leader, everyone always felt that she was very approachable and this helped to bring our team closer and ease tension during stressful crunch times. I believe Dani will achieve great things throughout her career, and any company would be lucky to have her both on the team and as a leader.
