To assist with BSA/AML compliance and create a robust monitoring programme, different types of controls are developed to safeguard the banking system from the abuses of financial crime, including terrorist financing, money laundering, money laundering and other illicit activities, by doing the following;- Development and calibration of risk rating matrices for account opening.- Elaboration and calibration of risk rating matrices for transactional activity.- Development and calibration of risk rating matrices for product types.- Calibration of expected transaction activity for each type of transaction.- Elaboration of methodologies on the calibration of risk matrices.- Calibration and configuration of risk flags or thresholds in the monitoring system, with the objective of reducing false positives, through unsupervised learning models.- Automation in "R" of processes and statistical reports.

Prior to the beginning of a project where there is a significant degree of uncertainty, it is of great importance to carry out a feasibility study or viability analysis in order to manage the risk, allowing to identify possible changes in the planning that can put at risk the critical path and with it the success of the project, for it is established the following;- Comparative analysis between different decision criteria (NPV, IRR, PRI, VAR) to determine the viability of the project by evaluating its strengths and weaknesses.- Elaboration of a cash flow simulating several scenarios with the intention of making a projection that allows us to identify and quantify the impact of the different assumptions on the financial stability of the project.- Elaboration and schematization of the project's business model, establishing different assumptions.- Elaboration of reports with the use of the tool "Google Analytics", which allows to carry out an essential analysis of the traffic according to the audience, the acquisition, the behavior and the conversions of the web site of the project.- Automation in R of processes and statistical reports.
