First Italian group of paintings for boats and buildings, with $90mln in revenues with clients/partners like IIT, CORTEXA, ANIT, POLIMI, UNIGE. I worked there as a formulator chemist, who is in charge of developing new formulations due to customer desire, analysing formulation processes and evaluating final properties of the product. • I had to formulate an innovative coating enamel that had properties conforming to new European product safety law, that’ll start acting from August 2023. The main job was to find a substitute for dangerous diisocianate functional groups, so suppliers were contacted, new raw materials were studied, and innovative products were successfully formulated and characterized. • I worked synergically with the project manager in the R&D field of yacht coatings at Cavalleroni’s Institute. • Data was treated with Microsoft Excel sheets that I personally helped to improve.
