- Design of parts for the Formula 1 car through optimization of existing components for weight & geometry improvement. - Configuration of the Digital Mockup organizing and aggregating parts according to the logic of design and production. - Creation & development of a faster research tool for the selection of the commercial parts available on the PLM system. Worked in the CAD Support team within Ferrari F1 and involved in the daily re-modelling and optimization of existing parts included in the chassis of the Formula 1 car. My role was to solve daily CAD/PLM issues detected by the designers on top of focusing on a large scale project based on the creation & development of a faster research tool for the selection of the commercial parts available on the PLM system. This experience allowed me to work extensively with CAD/PLM softwares and to work with the short deadlines imposed by the Formula 1 business.
