Dan and I have been friends for the longest time and worked side-by-side during our tenure at Fidelity Investments. I have fond memories of working with him. Dan is a first class technical talent, someone who I could rely on and count on. I did some of my best work as a technologist when working with him and Dan watching over my shoulders before pair programming became fashionable. With him watching my back, I could move at the fastest possible pace that I could. I loved that ride. I could only do that because I knew that a good man, both as a person and technical talent, was watching my back. I miss those days. Dan works from first principles which means that he breaks complex problems down to smaller ones and gets a fundamental grasp on the basics pertaining to the specific business problem. This is my approach too. That is why we never had any communication issues and could work together as cohesive unit and got a lot of good work done which we could be proud of. He has only gotten better since then. Therefore, he brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to any organization that chooses to work with him or vice versa. I recommend him sincerely and strongly without any hesitation.

I worked with Dan for several years when we were building the MedFli organization. He is a solid and energetic leader with an excellent vision for what needs to be done in order to grow young companies. While Dan likes to focus his energy on the management side of the business, he is also a top notch IT guy and well equipped to lead large teams of technical people. I give Dan my highest professional recommendation and would hope to work with him in the future.

Daniel is a hands-on, high energy, passionate executive leader and problem solver who is able to take high and complex technology and simplify it for stake holders, customers and employees making it very easy for all parties involved to grasp the concepts and proposed solutions. He has been the only CIO I have ever had the opportunity to work with that would take the time to help employees reach their goals and deadlines by rolling up his sleeves to help out and teach us different ways to achieve our goals. Daniel is a true asset for any organization.
