I was elected into the role of Social Director by my peers at my residential college, Fig Tree Hall, as part of its House Committee. In this role, I worked with a subcommittee to create, organize, and facilitate social events for members of the Fig Tree Hall community. I had to get residents at Fig Tree Hall engaged with the events, which ranged from smaller events such as intra-college karaoke to larger events such as a dinner party on a cruise. I also worked with other event directors within my college, such as Sports and Charities directors, to create fun, interesting, and diverse events. Lastly, I worked with Social Directors from other residential colleges to create large events, such as a cruise event and a ball event.

I worked with the school's Development Director and Governance Officer to create the school's virtual staff handbook, which included a comprehensive list of the school's policies with detailed descriptions. I also helped create the school's staff portal on its website. Specifically, I was tasked with creating the search tool, which included links to important information regarding teaching, staff policies, human resources, finance, communications, and marketing. To help develop the school's virtual handbook and website, I used Finalsite, a web design platform with a focus on marketing schools. I also sent out students' NWEA's MAP Test results to their parents. Lastly, I helped with preparation for the upcoming 2021-2022 academic year. I sorted through student email addresses, either marking them as "active" or "suspended."
