I have had the pleasure of working with Dani Vallarelli,for a little over a year, and in that time of me working under her supervision, I notice that she had the ability to listen to her staff, follow through on their request, and worked around their needs, while also getting a job done effectively. Dani Vallarelli, is good at what she does, she possesses great listening skills, she is cost effective, time conscious, understanding, has the concept of how a banquet should run, kind, courteous, and just an overall great person to work for. I recommend Dani Vallarelli, for all your functions, not to mention she is an excellent bartender as well, if you ever needed a person that is an all around 10 in food service!!!!! I recommend, Mrs. Vallarelli, she is my friend, she is my boss, she is my co worker, she will get her hand dirty right along side of you, I cant ask for a better boss than that.
