I prepared tons of pasta samples for the companies that reached out and partnered with Pellicanos. I tasted and tested the viscosity, pH, and the quality of the pasta sauces conducted for the company. I also helped upgrade and update the Nutrition Facts labelling for the pasta/pizza sauces.
