I am a consultant within Randstad's Assessment Centre division. I specialise across the Private and Public Sector. I recruit for all contact centre and customer service positions using assessment centre methodology, and have been involved with a number of large projects and assessment centres since commencing with Randstad. I pride myself in delivering results by investing time with my clients to understand their business’, culture and the specific requirements of the roles I am recruiting to ensure the best fit.I ensure my candidates receive the same level of customer service and care that my clients have come to expect, and have a full understanding of a candidates intrinsic motivations and career ambitions so that I only presents the right candidates for the right roles.
