I design and implement full cycle recruitment strategies for a portfolio of executive level positions for clients within the for profit and non profit sector. My day to day responsibilities include identifying and standardizing sourcing tools and technologies to effectively seek out active and passive candidates, conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, scheduling appointments for interviews between clients and candidates, completing reference checks, spearheading offer negotiations, and coordinating onboarding.
