  My interest in health and fitness began at an early age and my involvement in sports and weight training inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. In addition, my journey through pregnancy motivated me to become certified as a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. I can safely and effectively help pregnant women to meet the challenges of pregnancy and delivery through exercise. My goal is to help clients overcome their fitness obstacles by working personally with each client to make sure they have a program that fits their needs, fits their lifestyle, and gets them to where they want to be. I genuinely believe that change is a matter of willingness. Moreover, through my own experience I learned to maintain a healthy eating and exercise routine and work with my body rather than work against it.
