This included setting up a new payroll system and transition to a new payroll provider. - Administering our global long-term incentive programs, including establishing processes to track participants, awards, reporting to tax authorities, and accounting for share-based compensation. - Preparing and coordinating Audit Committee meetings with the audit committee chair and external auditors, including development of agenda and presentation materials- Oversaw annual budget process, including coordination with all levels of the organization to gather, challenge and present departmental budgets.
