I managed a group of permitting coordinators in submitting residential building permits into cities across the state of Texas. I was responsible for initial research into a cities ordinances, permitting guidelines, and contacts within the city. I identified potential incentive programs that our company qualified for. I oversee over 300 units at any given time and track their progress through the permitting process reporting back to the company on the status of our permits and what is to be done to achieve our company goals. In addition, I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of a query that was able to pull information from our housing database and display it in excel as an easily digestible dataset.
