I set up Paris' first (and France's second) parkrun ("le parkrun du Bois de Boulogne) while studying at the Institut Catholique de Paris. I also co-founded the parkrun du Lac de Divonne between January and May 2017. Both involved:- liaising with the country manager- scouting out an adequate location for weekly use- building and training a team of core volunteers to act as the event's stabilisers- setting up channels of communication with local authorities, including Paris' deputy mayor- attending meetings with stakeholders and convincing them of the benefits to the local community- writing a detailed dossier explaining our proposition in detail for said stakeholders- acquiring validation from the Paris Police Prefecture- taking charge of a team of volunteers on a weekly basis for 7 months after the Paris event's launch- managing social media pages for both events and ensuring organic growthTen weeks into the Paris parkrun's existence, I headed our small team of volunteers in organising the weekly run for 176 people.

For the 2020 edition of the UN Women-IPU "Women in Politics" map, I gathered and analysed data on the composition of every country's executive and the ministerial portfolios held by women. This involved verifying completed questionnaires using open-source background research; liaising with Geneva and New York missions to clarify discrepancies; and drawing up accurate cabinet compositions for confirmation when responses were not forthcoming. Once the data had been gathered and submitted for publishing, I carried out an extensive 5000-word analysis of trends and setbacks relative to previous years for use by the IPU press officer during the map's launch.

My responsibilities as chief news editor included pinpointing upcoming athletics landmarks and milestones and proposing topics to the team of LUCA writers. I edited the team's articles using WordPress, authoring my own when time permitted it. I achieved a total of 11,000+ views for my articles, at an average hit rate of 1,400 per article. As a member of the LUCA executive committee, I attended important meetings, providing updates on LUCA news, and contributed to the organisation of athletics meets throughout the year, often for upwards of 200 athletes. I would provide assistance for match officials and to ensure the smooth running of the event to the best of my ability, while also competing myself.

I conducted original research on the link between the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Missing Maps - an open, collaborative multi-stakeholder initiative that aims to facilitate humanitarian intervention by mapping vulnerable areas. I subsequently presented my findings during a 'mapathon', to a crowd of approximately 30. I provided logistical support for the organisation of multiple intergovernmental meetings, as well as providing general support for activities related to Water Governance, Security, Cooperation and Education. I was personally charged with processing data from a survey circulated among UNESCO Member States, creating a graph dataset and visual presentation comparing regional activity trends. This was used by the IHP's Assistant Director General during the 22nd Intergovernmental Council of the IHP, in an address to several hundred stakeholders.
