My main role at Wychavon leisure was a lifeguard. As a lifeguard you are not only required to maintain high standards in the pool but also around the centre. In this industry you are required to always be on time and maintain high standards of work, as you are in the view of the public all day. The Worcester goalkeeper academy is where I have been doing my training to be a coach for 4 years. Throughout my time I have advanced from a coach to a lead coaching. Being a lead coach requires me to lead a group of goalkeepers, ages 10-15 as well as other coaches starting out. Since I have been working with the academy I have obtained my FA first aid and FA level 1 in goalkeeper coaching, I am hoping to be able to complete my coaching through to UEFA level.
