During my PhD, I investigated children's implicit and explicit responses to the counterfactual emotions regret and relief. I conducted detailed and research-specific literature reviews.I wrote ethical proposals and obtained consent from schools, headteachers, parents and participants. For several experiments, video and transcript coding was required, alongside detailed quantitative analysis using SPSS software.
