  I am currently a desktop support analyst for Serco working on a contract which involves the U.S Air Force, Navy and Army. I provide remote assistance, desk side assistance and also telephone assistance. I am the designated Air Force asset manager for the whole base and have created a number of processes which reflect this role which are used by the air force to track assets. I have worked on a number of projects including; Desktop Refresh for all Computers on the Domain, Asset management Database Creation and a Windows Vista Upgrade for all desktops and laptops which are on the network.
