Product Management  Drafting the formulation for new product  Preparing the quotation for the customer. Including raw material, packaging, and labour cost.  Conducting/monitoring lab and product pilot batch trial  Generating Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR) and Packaging Batch Record (PBR) and Finished Product Specifications (FPS)  Generating Operator Instructions (OI) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and providing training to the team  Cooperating in between Supply Chain, Quality and Production to ensure the new products meet the customer requirements and timeline. Continuous Improvement  Initiative Waste Reduction Project - Review the formulations and seek the opportunities to achieve cost effective and also benefit the production. • Development and maintenance of Operation Excellence tools including Labour Allocation boards, Short Interval Control board (SIC Board), Shift Performance board and utilize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data to identify the downtime/issues in the manufacturing process. • Experience with Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA (Corrective active and Preventative action) and Re-work documents.  Applying root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 whys, DMAIC, and Fish Bone) to derive resolution and place actions.
