  The Peace & Dialogue Leadership Initiative (PDLI) seeks to bridge the civil-military divide and offer top civilian & military students a unique opportunity to participate in a nuanced conversation about the US role in the Middle East, with a particular focus on Israeli-Palestinian relations, society, and culture. The capstone of the initiative is an annual ~10-day trip to Israel & the Palestinian territories.   The Winant Scholars Program is a foreign policy program that explores the evolution of American foreign policy, diplomacy, and strategy since World War II. The program has a specific focus on Ambassador John Gilbert Winant and other leaders who helped to forge the "special relationship" between the U.S. and Britain. The program places a premium on laying a foundation for understanding this relationship through the lens of security challenges in Asia.
