- Act as an overall offshore representative and point of contact for the infrastructure-related retail, backstage, and data center projects. Roles include collaborating, coordinating and transitioning activities between offshore and onshore and from project to support as part of project delivery.- Ensure project delivery of the following retail, backstage or data center-related implementations:Support and manage implementation cut-over bridges* Contact the various team members according to the communication and escalation list* Manage the implementation task lists for cut-overs* Send out follow up communications to vendors that are involved in the cut-overs* Follow up on emails from US day shift counterparts* Contact the stores when asked and necessary* Track and manage issues and escalations with vendor and internal SWY team * Send out last minute cancelation notification to stores and give store a call* Create CRQ and close CRQ that supports cut-over* Hand-off at start and end of shift to the next shift* Infrastructure Process, Documents and Testing Validation- Act as a Test or Deployment Manager for Infra Systems that are scoped for projects.- Contribute to defect management for each data center, retail, or backstage project.- Collaborate with Tech Leads, SMEs and Stakeholder of enterprise project in regular workshop and status meetings.
