Daniel was the student engineer for a project I produced for the researchers at the Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health & Wellbeing (ISGMH) at Northwestern University who teamed up with Columbia College Chicago to provide narration and production for an upcoming online HIV prevention intervention, entitled "SMART Project." This latest campaign from ISGMH focuses on providing sexual health education and contextual knowledge for LGBTQ adolescents, ages 13-18, and will be tested using a randomized control trial across the United States. Specifically, I cast and directed the Colombia College talent, and worked with Daniel to record a professional sounding product that aligned with the youthful feel the Northwestern researchers were trying to achieve. Daniel was incredible! He helped the recording process for this project run smoothly and efficiently. He made sure the edits were perfect and that our clients were fully satisfied. He was on time, organized, a great communicator and an all around pleasure to work with. We will be working together again soon on the Spanish version of SMART and I look forward to it. His professionalism is exemplary. And I am confident he will deliver just as excellently as he did on the English version. I am ever grateful for Tom Joyce's recommendation for Daniel as the engineer on this project. He made what could have been a very trying process smooth and effortless. SMART is set to launch this year. Daniel's work on the project will add a layer of artistry that will make it shine.
