Daniel Tucker is by far one of the best project manager's I have had the pleasure to work with. He is energetic, pro-active, and takes the time to understand the needs of the team and works with them to set expectations and manage the project accordingly. It's evident that he deeply cares about the people he works with, and that translates into the team being more engaged and motivated into getting things done. Additionally, he is always on the hunt for finding better ways to track progress and value, both in terms of efficiency and accuracy. His use of Excel and PowerBI is nothing short of wizardry, and working together to integrate a custom REST API from our task tracking application we were able to automate a reporting system that significantly reduced task tracking overhead. Daniel not only brings a forward looking attitude, but also a significant amount of creativity and insight that provides a new perspective when trying to solve complex challenges. He thrives off of finding optimal ways to meet customer needs, and can help spark innovative idea's when it's needed most. He is a massive asset to have in any project endeavour, especially those focused on R&D and innovation, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

When I think of Daniel the phrase "gets things done" comes to mind. Daniel was the project manager for a flight simulator I provided system engineering support to while I was at Thales. I've always admired Daniel's ability to listen to all sides of the story, analyse all possible options, and come up with a meaningful, actionable way forward. If you find yourself in a challenging work environment. Daniel is a great manager to have on your team as he is willing to have difficult conversations with stakeholders, but somehow never loses his spirit while doing so. It is my heartfelt opinion that Daniel would be an asset to any team.
