I had the pleasure of interviewing Daniel to bring him into a Project as a Business Analyst. It was obvious from very early that he was a very talented BA, and as we were structuring the team we needed a Stream Lead for his job function. Daniel was a perfect fit as the Stream Lead, he led by example and provided valuable input to the management team to improve processes to ensure the success of the team. Daniel was instrumental in helping build the team, being a key participant in the interviewing of candidates, and mentoring new members of the team, whilst also acting as a BA for some of the more sensitive and high profile Product Owners and their streams. Daniel always stepped up if I was not available, and would take on additional responsibilities. He is an excellent BA and builds very strong relationships with customers, he is also a natural leader and fosters excellent team spirit.
