Daniel is your go-to-person when it comes to discovering opportunities, problem solving and uncovering potential issues. He is one of the hardest working people I know. He is willing to put in the time and energy to teach himself or acquire whatever skills needed. Daniel will then thoughtfully apply that knowledge to come up with solutions that takes into consideration short-term wins as well as long-term gains. In our time working together it was rewarding to see him outgrow his role, recognize a need in the organization and then step up to take on another challenging role. Daniel’s ability to understand and communicate technical concepts was an asset the team and organization needed. He was also an exemplary team player - willing to jump in whenever needed to get tasks or projects done in a quick and efficient manner. His collaborative nature and respect for his colleagues’ made him a great person to work with. Any organization would be wise and lucky to leverage Daniel’s many talents.
