It’s been a pleasure to have Danny as a key member of our Risk Assessment student analyst team at the IDEA Center. In addition to his strong leadership, high initiative and polished presentation skills, I have been impressed with his ability to quickly understand even the most complex technology disclosures from our faculty members and his ability to communicate those inventions in an easy to understand manner. We were so impressed with Danny’s performance that he was promoted into a newly created management position, supervising 3-4 student analysts. In addition to continuing to deliver on his individual risk assessment projects,in this leadership role he was responsible for kicking off the work with the inventors, weekly check-ins, analysis guidance, quality control assurance and presentation of the final reports and recommendations. I would highly recommend Danny; he would be a valuable asset to any organization.

As a Senior Analyst he consistently demonstrated mentoring, training, and community building skills.
